Anti-Corruption Network for Transition Economies.
National governments, civil society organisations and international donor agencies created the Anti-Corruption Network in 1998, in recognition of the value-added of knowledge sharing, improved donor co-ordination, and enhanced collaboration between governments and civil society in combating corruption.

The Network focuses on strategies to reduce public sector corruption through support for the implementation of appropriate political, institutional, and economic reforms. The Network emphasises regional co-operation as a complement to national and sub-regional efforts, and as a means to achievingan impact that exceeds the sum of the parts.
